Jawad is a real estate and construction industry veteran with 20+ years of experience in acquisition and development of vacant lands & commercial properties as well as construction project management. Jawad is a Civil Engineer by initial training having done his Masters from the prestigious University of Toronto. On the real estate side, Jawad started his career at Colliers International where he worked in their elite lands team for many years. Jawad is currently registered with EXP Realty Inc. Brokerage as a Broker and his biggest strength in real estate is sourcing out development opportunities that generate extraordinary returns for the investors. Jawad plays a pivotal role in the overall company strategy,  data analysis, presentations and negotiations.
